Paul and Margot Ingrassia met at a horse show. Margot was grooming at the time, and Paul was competing in the Amateur-Owner Jumpers with his gelding, "Honorae Jack". After marriage, Paul and Margot bred, trained, and raced Standardbred race horses.

It was no surprise that their daughter, Nicole, would inherit their insatiable love for horses. Nicole started riding at age 5 and it's been a whirlwind ever since; she was able to get her first horse at age 13, after years of riding the stable's "extras", lesson horses, and the difficult ones no one else wanted to ride! She and her first horse went to 4th level dressage before he was sold during her college years. Currently, Nicole and Margot manage a lesson program, and train and show young horses, mainly in the hunter/jumper show rings.
